Ian Timothy Rhea, age 38, passed away at home on Sunday, June 7, 2020.

He was born June 16, 1981 in Wilmington, Delaware. He attended Mullica Hill Friends School and Woodstown High School. He was a member of Boilermakers Local 28 holding several welding certifications. He is survived by his children, daughters Kaya and Gianna, son Sonny, grandson Navone Jr, father Andrew Rhea, III, mother Karen Barradale, sister Lauren (Patrick Fee), nephews Drake, Jackson, niece Victoria, longtime partner Martha Dodge, childhood friend Donnie Hoskinson and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. Ian was predeceased by maternal grandfather Eugene Barradale and paternal grandparents Andrew and Kathleen Rhea. Ian was a loving and caring son, brother, father, and partner. He had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, attended the Phillies Phestival benefiting the ALS Foundation, loved listening and contributing his thoughts to local sports radio. Ian achieved open water certified NAUI and PADI diver status. He enjoyed working with his hands and could fix just about anything.

A private cremation service will be held for immediate family. In lieu of flowers please donate to AA, ALS Association or a hospital of your choice.
